We are proud to offer free shipping in Italy,  including both deliveries and returns,  forour 100% made in Italy products. International shipping costs will depend onthe size and weight of the package and the destination address. These costs will be calculated during checkout  and you will be asked to approve theamount before finalizing your order.

We always aim toprocess and ship all orders within 24 business hours. When your order isshipped from our warehouse, which only operates during business hours, Mondaythrough Friday, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your trackingnumber and estimated delivery date. Normally the order arrives within 7 working days after  the departure from our warehouse, depending onthe destination.

Borders closed dueto COVID-19 may affect  and delay yourshipment during transit.  Please beassured that we are doing everything we can to make sure you receive your orderas soon as possible.

Once you have madeyour payment, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

When your orderships from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation with yourtracking number. If you do not receive this email please check your spam filterto see if the email accidentally ended up there. If you cannot find yourshipping confirmation, please contact our customer service department and wewill assist you further.

Your package will be delivered to the address you used when placing your order. If you are not available when the courier arrives, another delivery attempt will be made.

Packages that cannot be delivered properly will be sent back to our warehouse. We cannot reship your package once it has been returned to us, you must place a new order.

Unfortunately, weare unable to send packages to P.O. boxes in any of the countries we currentlydeliver to.

We accept returnsif for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you ordered. Pleasenote  that

all products mustbe returned within 14 days of receiving the order.

- All products mustbe returned in their original condition.

- All returns mustinclude the original packaging.

This applies to allproducts on our site, including clearance products.

Unfortunately, we cannot estimate how much you will be liable for in  taxes and duties in your country  because this is regulated by the respective authorities. Your local customs office should be able to estimate the price of import taxes.
